RETURNS & REFUNDS:

If you find yourself needing to return something, no worries, we will gladly accept returned orders, providing the product is in the same excellent original condition that it was sent to you by.

For returns, send us an email at info@canadiannationalfabric.com with the order number & reason and we will respond promptly with details on how to do your return. **You must email us first before returning the item**

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to email us regarding the return.

The Customer is responsible for cost of shipping the returnable items back to us.

We try our hardest to make sure every order is perfect! But if we ever make a mistake on your order please let us know immediately! Send us an email to: canadiannationalfabric@gmail.com we will get that fixed immediately!!


LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:

We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages. In the event you did not receive a package please send us an email at: canadiannationalfabric@gmail.com and we will help out on the tracking of the package. Sorry, but we cannot offer a refund in the event of a lost or undelivered package.
